The story begins...

Our adoption application is in the mail! Placed in the mail yesterday, my 33rd birthday, it is now on its way to the Children's Hope International regional office in Brentwood, Tennessee. We should get a call early next week to let us know if we have the regional office approval and then it will be on its way to the headquarters in St. Louis for approval there. All in all, if everything goes well, we should get our acceptance into the China program in a couple of weeks. I'm so excited!
