A couple of weeks ago we took Sam to Build-A-Bear in order for him to make something special for his new sister. In my mind, I pictured doing a bear or rabbit and dressing it in cute, girly clothes. You know - an appropriate gift for a little girl. Sam had his own idea of course. So we ended up with a dog, named Spot, that Sam decided should be dressed like him complete with flannel shirt and hat. He really had a good time making it and I do see his point. We're going to take Spot to Ethiopia with us when we meet Libby. Since Sam won't be with us, we'll probably show her this picture of him with Spot and explain how her big brother made it to look like him. That way she'll think of Sam every time she plays with Spot.
