Today is our wedding anniversary. Fifteen years! Honestly, where did the time go? In some ways it seems like only yesterday, but in other ways it seems like a lifetime ago. Are we the same two people that we were then? NO! I think we're better. We've matured and grown and changed. We've experienced some rough times and shared lots of joyous memories too! I would have never dreamed then, that we'd still be trying to grow our family fifteen years later. And I have no idea what the next fifteen years will hold for us. But I do know that whatever direction God points us in on this path we call life, we will be traveling it together! I love you, Charles. Happy Anniversary!
In other exciting news - we received our renewed I-171H in the mail yesterday. It took a little over six weeks from the time we were re-fingerprinted. (FYI for any others from Tennessee.) So we're good to go. There is no other paperwork we need to complete before we receive our referral. I believe we are now number 62 on the overall waiting list. Congratulations to the family that received their referral today for identical twin girls!
